Introduction
I've created this site to inspire others to find ways to thrive, despite living with an anxiety disorder such as Generalised Anxiety Disorder, which presents many challenges,
I firmly believe that work can play a crucial role in looking after our mental health, so will provide resources and support to help you to remain in work - or return to work - whether for you this is employment, self-employment or voluntary work). Also here you will find resources for employers to create a workplace which promotes good mental health and to support any staff member who suffers from a mental health problem - since we can usually remain in work (even if a short break is needed) with an understanding employer who's willing to make 'Reasonable Adjustments'.
